Is the renewal price the same as the first bill?
Yes. The price you see is the price you renew at. There are no introductory rates that triple in year two.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. We prorate the difference to the day, and the move happens without downtime.
What if I go over my storage or traffic?
We don’t cut you off. We email you when you pass 80% and suggest either a cleanup or the next plan. Traffic limits are high on every plan, and we warn you well before you get near one.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, and your files and email are yours to take with you.
