Do I need HostingWC hosting to use Care?
Yes. Care depends on seeing your domain, server, backups and site together. If you’re elsewhere, we migrate you for free first.
What counts as a fix?
Anything small on your existing site: a broken form, a layout glitch, a plugin conflict, a text or image change. New features or pages are quoted separately.
Which sites does Care support?
WordPress and WooCommerce sites. Other platforms get monitoring, backups and reports, with fixes quoted per job.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from your account. Your hosting, domain and email keep running as before.
